Improved Base-Plate Geometry
The majority of our heavy duty spin-on oil filters use a neck-down base-plate configuration. This design places additional metal ar improved strength and thread engagement. Our base-plates also have oil inlet holes that are arranged to provide maximum oil flow and maintain base-plate strength.
